*Due to demand, a deposit of $50.00 is required on all pre-scheduled rental reservations. To guarantee your rental space is available.
Deposit will be credited towards final bill.
48 hour minimum of cancelation is required to keep deposit. No-show or no pre-cancelation will deem the deposit nonrefundable.
